OBJECTIVE
Xenco collaborated with a leading resource client to develop a customised Contractor Management Framework that enhances efficiency, transparency, and safety across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. By streamlining contractor identification, onboarding, and performance oversight, the framework ensures full alignment with the client’s operational and safety standards. Additionally, specialised training was provided to personnel responsible for contractor engagement, equipping them with the knowledge to mitigate risks and uphold compliance. This structured approach delivers a consistent and effective system for managing contractors on-site.
THE CHALLENGES
Developing an effective Contractor Management Framework required navigating several key challenges:
